Thingwall Allotment Society as a not for profit organisation takes its responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 1998 with great care. It will only retain limited personal data as necessary to enable us to carry out our function.
As a not for profit organisation we will only hold personal data for the purposes of:
- establishing and maintaining membership or
- providing or administering activities for the members or those who have regular contact with it.
We will not disclose personal information to a third party, unless required to do so by law.
Examples of the personal data we hold includes name, address, telephone number, e-mail.
